Shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday,. June 9, Baltimore County, MD Truck 13 was on their way back to quarters after clearing an apartment fire where they were second-in truck when they were alerted for a reported townhouse fire at 2209 Amber Way in the Westview area. While en route, firefighters were alerted that the county 911 center was receiving multiple phone calls for a fire. First arriving Truck 13 reported heavy fire from the second floor of a middle-of-the-row townhouse. Crews had heavy fire in 2 townhomes and command quickly upgraded to a 2nd Alarm.
