Towson, MD - March 6, 2009 - A five-vehicle MVA at the West Road exit ramp off Interstate 695 in Towson sent three people to area hospitals and caused traffic delays at the height of afternoon rush hour. Baltimore County Fire Department units were dispatched for Rescue Box 1-7 about 5:15 p.m. Upon arrival Engine 101 reported a multiple vehicle MVA with several injuries but no entrapment, and requested a second medic to the scene. The exit ramp was closed while crews worked at the scene and Baltimore County Police investigated the crash.
